Pilates for the Skier Workshop
Pilates is an excellent way of cross-training for the skier. Pilates will challenge the core and create a strong flexible body. This will help the skiers to gain muscle balance, avoid injury, and improve alignment, reducing the impact on the back, hips and knees.
A 3 hour workshop that will give you the tools to practice pilates anywhere. This workshop is designed for all levels, both in Pilates and Skiing. You will be provided with an easy to follow step by step manual to take home.
