Mountain biking is a fun dynamic sport. It requires full-body engagement to stay balanced, in control and powerful on the bike, but like many sports it creates muscle imbalances. Pilates for the mountain biker introduces exercises that offer improved performance and better recovery. Lets get your body balanced and stable when you are off the bike, making you stronger and help prevent injury while on the bike.

A 3 hour workshop that will give you the tools to practice pilates anywhere. This workshop is designed for all levels, both in Pilates and Mountain Biking. You will be provided with an easy to follow step by step manual to take home.
